Who we are

Domopay stems from a simple idea: make rentals more transparent, secure, and merit-based for everyone.

We’re pros, but first and foremost, we have been landlords and tenants ourselves. We have faced the pains: owners with years of lawsuits and unpaid rents, tenants excluded from perfect homes by biased selection.

We knew a new approach was needed. That’s why we’re building Domopay: a platform rewarding good tenants and giving owners real risk-reduction tools.

Our goal? A platform where tenants, agencies, and owners speak one language: trust, transparency, innovation.

Tenant Screening

Choosing the right tenant is key to your peace and property investment.
The wrong one causes damage, non-payment, bad experiences.

Traditional methods (payslips, tax returns) are forgery-prone and poor at predicting payment behaviour. Public data is slow, lacks eviction/delinquency info.
Domopay uses open banking for real affordability checks: fast, unfakeable, highly predictive of on-time payments.

We use EU PSD2-regulated open banking tech partners (Directive 2015/2366).

Data Encryption

Data is encrypted using 256-bit encryption and is transmitted with Industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and HTTPS to create a secure tunnel for your data, making it impossible to be stolen.

Which complies with internationally recognized security and privacy standards, including ISO/IEC 27001 (Information Security Management), ISO/IEC 27017 (Cloud Security), ISO/IEC 27018 (Cloud Privacy), ISO/IEC 27701 (Privacy Information Management).

Fraud Detection

Domopay  employs various automated measures to detect and prevent fraud. In addition, our security team actively monitors accounts for suspicious activity.
